Sign and forward Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution Petition

Jamie's FOOD REVOLUTION is picking up momentum.  Please watch his TED award speech and sign his petition to support getting healthy food into our schools for our children and importantly bring healthy living awareness to parents and anyone suffering from obesity.  My husband is a chef and he's taught me how to cook with simplicity and healthy food and utilize every item in our pantry and fridge.  When we shop we have a plan and when we cook it is wholesome and healthy.  I am not talking steamed chicken and broccoli here.  Our food is layered and delicious.  The recipes need not be complex or complicated.  A healthy soup can be made in a matter of minutes. The time is here to embrace healthy, wholesome living.  When you eat well, you feel well, and you live a longer, happier life.  Simply put, it is about making better food purchases and choices.  If you would like help with menu planning for your family, please contact info@fortunataliving.com.  fortunata Living is in partnership with chefs Steven Ferdinand and Nicholas Littell, at LE SANCTUAIRE, so the recipes will most certainly be healthy and delicious.
